Great communication and responsiveness prior the arrival; kindness of the person who welcomed me; free parking spot on the ground floor of the building (if you're lucky since there are not much); tips: follow the itinerary direction directly via Booking, which will lead you at the exact place - Waze doesn't; clean space; supermarket next door; accommodation close by the city center and the old city (Stari Grad)
- Breakfast was said to be unavailable while the possibility was mentionned on Booking (+8€), and people were actually having breakfast the next morning (?!). To be cleared up.
- presence of a continuous noise over the night due to the aircon or a pipe issue, which was annoying and sleep disturbing. The area is otherwise calm during the night
