Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die bequemen Betten. Auch die Lage ist gut: Die Altstadt von Meran ist in etwa 20 Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ein paar Punkte haben unseren Aufenthalt allerdings etwas getrübt: Die Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig, da häufig kein freier Parkplatz in der Straße der Unterkunft zu finden ist. Außerdem ließ der Wasserdruck in der Dusche zu wünschen übrig. Hinzu kam, dass die Wassertemperatur ständig automatisch zwischen kalt, warm und heiß wechselte, was das Duschen etwas unangenehm machte. Auch die Aussicht ist leider nicht vorhanden – je nach Fenster blickt man direkt auf eine gegenüberliegende Hauswand oder die Rückseite einer Garage.
Insgesamt eine moderne, saubere und gut gelegene Unterkunft mit einigen kleineren Schwachstellen.

Ha mantenuto le promesse di appartamento nuovo ben tenuto con possibile Jacuzzi in terrazzo. Market vicini a casa. Parcheggio sotto casa ( purtroppo per torneo di hockey la sera chiusi i posti auto ma l’host ci ha suggerito alternative). Personale ben disponibile e gentilissimo
Unica pecca la distanza dal centro ma in auto o con una bella camminata si raggiunge agevolmente.

Lovely 2 bed apartment with a living area and sofa (4th bed if needed) and kitchen.
Balcony with seating.
Ideal for us as a family of 4 (2 girls of different ages) 2 single beds in second room.
Apartment was clean. Hosts were brilliant with communication.
Beds were super comfortable.
Bathroom shower was powerful.
Small walk from Merano centre and Spa.
5 mins from a supermarket.
Couple of restaurants nearby too.
Apartment could have done with a microwave and bottle opener but everything else was supplied.

La comodità dei letti, la pulizia, la morbidezza degli asciugami, la funzionalità del bagno e la grandezza della doccia.
Sarebbe stato carino lasciare qualche detersivo in più per lavare i piatti ( lavastoviglie e mano), dei sacchetti per la spazzatura e dei mestoli in legno per cucinare.
