Accommodation was perfect for two people. 1 in bedroom and the other, on a sofa bed, was very comfortable.
Bathroom was modern and very clean.
The garden was exactly as described.
Instructions for self service accessing were very clear.
Excellent location to the old town and public transport - Funicular and bus.
Any contact for advice during our stay was responded to very promptly.

Super zentrale Lage in Bergamo Alto.
Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Sehr ruhig.
Gemütlicher Aussensitzplatz mit kleinem Garten.
Innenarchitektur hat viel Charme.
Einfache äusserst schnelle Kommunikation via Web mit der Vermieterin.
Kühlschrank lärmt und ist extrem laut.
Fehlendes Toilettenpapier.
Kompliziertes Schliesssystem, man braucht 4-5 Schlüssel um ins Appt,. zu gelangen

The property is ideally located close to the centre of the old town, offering an attractive interior design, ample natural light, and excellent facilities. Security was clearly a priority, with multiple gates and secured access points throughout the property. While the number of keys required was occasionally inconvenient, this was a reasonable trade off for the added sense of safety.
Unfortunately, the pillows in the bedroom appeared to show signs of mold, which was concerning. In addition, the Wi-Fi was not functioning during the stay, seemingly due to a damaged cable connected to the router. Mobile reception within the property was also limited, which made the lack of Wi-Fi particularly inconvenient.
