Ideal location. Not too far from town centre and local beaches & shops.
Onsite bar/entertainment was fair. We enjoyed it though, staff were friendly and helpful. Onsite shop is expensive but again staff friendly and helpful. Caravan itself felt small but perfect for the price and what we needed. Had everything we needed for the week.
Working wifi was an absolute bonus.
Felt tight with 2 teenagers but it was manageable!

Location. Parked at top and did walk to Newquay.
Its a caravan site with (expensive) club house so had no grand expectations.

The location was great, and the holiday home was good. The home had everything and every room had heating
The beds were not comfortable.

The facilities. The bathroom was spotless
The carpet was not hoovered and we ended up buying toilet tissues because there was only one.

Clean and comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen in a great location, can't really ask for any more."
