The facilities and location of the apartment are great. Less than 5 minutes walk to the metro at Charles de Gaulle/Etoile.. Local restaurants and shopping were good - boulangerie/patisserie for breakfast in the apartment, or 3 minutes to the restaurant for breakfast. Everything was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for three of us, but might have been tight for more. We booked because it has a lift/elevator as one of us sometimes has trouble with stairs. The elevator was tiny (didn't look like we'd get a person and suitcase in at the same time.) The stairs were narrow but we coped. This wasn't off putting and we'd definitely stay again but ask questions about accessibility if you plan to say.

The apartment was just as described—modern, comfortable, and ideally located, We appreciated the proximity to the metro station, which made getting around Paris a breeze, Would stay here again!
