About this apartment rental
This 120 m² premium apartment at the Hauser Kaibling Mountain Resort can accommodate up to 6 people and combines modern comfort with alpine charm. Three bedrooms with double box-spring beds ensure a restful night’s sleep, whilst three bathrooms with showers and hairdryers offer additional comfort. The private wellness area, featuring a sauna and an outdoor bath on the furnished terrace, invites you to relax whilst enjoying magnificent views. Its location right next to the slopes provides convenient access for skiing and snowboarding.
The fully equipped kitchen features cutlery, cookware, a ceramic hob, an oven, a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. A toaster, kettle, and filter and Nespresso capsule coffee machines complete the facilities. A starter pack containing dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, a sponge, bin bags, and cleaning cloths and tea towels is provided on arrival. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are also included.
The Hauser Kaibling Mountain Resort by ALPS RESORTS in Haus im Ennstal offers holiday homes and apartments with a private wellness area and ski-in/ski-out access. From mid-May to early November, the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card is included. The kAlps Foodbar offers dining options. Numerous activities await you in the region all year round, including skiing, hiking and mountain biking. We have stayed at this property before and previously enjoyed one of the private villas, which was excellent and a big reason we chose to return. This visit, however, we unknowingly booked the apartment located above the main reception area and restaurant. To be fair, the apartment itself was very nice. The interior accommodations were comparable to the villas, and the unit was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the location significantly impacted our experience. Because the apartment is situated directly above the restaurant, cooking odors and smoke were frequently noticeable during business hours. Outside of restaurant hours, there was regular early morning noise from garbage collection, as well as deliveries of food products, linens, and other supplies. The combination of these disruptions made for a very different experience than the peaceful atmosphere we had enjoyed during our previous stay in one of the villas. We would gladly return to this property again, but only if staying in one of the private villas. If you are booking here, I would strongly recommend confirming that your reservation is for a villa rather than the apartment above the restaurant and reception area.
