Discover this lovely 2-bedroom gem in Paris. This charming apartment features original features from 1890, such as marble fireplaces, original wooden floors and high ceilings. The apartment has 1 full bedroom with a TV and a second twin bedroom. There is a sitting room with sofa and additional chairs, a dining table and chairs and a TV. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen with fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave and all the basic spices and oils you need. There is high speed wifi and every room has a window. The apartment is on the second floor with a lift from the first floor. It overlooks an inner courtyard which keeps it super quiet. The bathroom includes a shower, basin and toilet. There is the famous boulangerie just opposite and loads of vibrant restaurants and shops in this trendy Canal Saint Martin quarter of Paris.

The apartment was very spacious. Love, the fact that it had a washing machine. They host me and explained how to keep the apartment cool during the extreme warm weather that Paris was experiencing! There were numerous places to eat and bakeries in the vicinity. I would highly recommend this apartment anyone that would be visiting Paris.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is lovely with many original features. It is light-filled, very quiet, with colourful rugs and framed prints.It is not huge, but suited our group of three adults perfectly. The kitchen is small but perfectly functional.The owner/host was able to be present when we arrived and explained everything. He lives elsewhere, but was instantly responsive to any queries we sent. The area is interesting - not at all touristy. There are a myriad of small shops, cafes and bars close by. Canal St Martin is a block or two away. The nearby Metro served us well for access to any destination we needed.There are stairs to the first flight where the lift begins.In summary, a delightful apartment with a genial host.

Nice apartment with close proximity to a couple of metro stations, grocery stores, restaurants, and the Saint-Martin canal. Host was polite and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend, great stay.

Very accommodating host who made the process stress-free. Offering to leave the key given our weird schedules was something I really appreciated. Also a bit surprising as it shows a lot of faith and confidence in dealing with new folks staying at the place! Great apartment and hard to find set-up (at this price point): separate sleeping areas as well as a living area.
