This spacious and light-filled 50 m² holiday apartment in Saalfelden comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and is ideal for couples or families. The cosy living and dining area features a comfortable box-spring sofa bed, a TV and direct access to the spacious balcony. The modern, fully equipped kitchen with a separate pantry includes an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine and toaster.
The separate bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed and offers stunning views of the Steinernes Meer mountain range. The bathroom has a modern shower and toilet.
A highlight of the apartment is the approximately 40 m² balcony with comfortable seating and sun loungers, where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
A washing machine is available. Guests can park their car in the carport or use additional parking spaces. A baby cot can be provided free of charge.
The location is perfect for both summer and winter holidays, with hiking, cycling and climbing routes as well as numerous attractions nearby. In winter, the renowned ski areas Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, Hochkönig and Zell am See-Kaprun are easily accessible.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests.
