About this house rental
Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned house for rent in the town of Saint-Paul, boasting mountain views, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a swimming pool and jacuzzi. It has a floor area of 140 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and a garden of around 200 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- A 35 m² living area with a TV, sofa and mezzanine-level desk area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190) with a wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) with a TV and an en-suite bathroom featuring a bath
- A bathroom with a bath, shower and double washbasins.
- A separate toilet
- Mezzanine sleeping area above a walk-in wardrobe: 2 single beds and a pull-out bed (sleeps 2)
Annex:
- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160×200) with an en-suite shower room
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A private swimming pool measuring 9 m x 4.5 m, heated and open all year round
- A hot tub for 5 people, available all year round
- A beautiful, partially enclosed garden of 200 m²
- A 45 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- Outdoor shower and separate toilet
The house is ideally situated in Saint-Paul, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.
