The home is just like the pictures. Great location, clean renovated space with beautiful touches. There is 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a second room with a king bed. It was advertised as having space to sleep 6 but there was no pull out couch or air mattresses we could locate. Our teenagers didn’t mind sleeping in awkward positions on the living room furniture, but I would accurately describe it as a place that can sleep 4. Parking ended up ruining parts of our vacation. The instructions received at check in were a bit confusing about the spot next to the building. It was unclear if we could park overnight or for loading and unloading only. The free parking lot referred to did not allow overnight parking. When asking to clarify, I was referred back to the same instructions and pictures I had already read and looked at without additional clarification. We did some parking gymnastics and made it work but definitely put a damper when the whole point of staying there was so we didn’t have to drive.Thank you for the stay. The place is beautiful.

Very nice comfortable place. Cozy and has most everything you need. Has a wine opener now, the old one was broken. Not that downtown area is filled with pay parking now. You can park on the street as suggested with no problem from 6PM to 8AM. The parking lot behind hotel across from property is free but says no overnight parking. I was fine with moving the car. Breakfast place across street is very good and Mexican restaurant down the street is great for tacos. Prime 501 in town is great restaurant but expensive. It’s a nice comfy place, great for relaxing and watching tv at night. Plenty of places in the loft to seat down for a meal. Just be aware that Hot Springs is really overdone the pay parking. I don’t think it’s a good move for the city. Make sure to see the National Park Museum bath house! Very interesting about health goals in the past.
