We absolutely loved our stay! The property is beautiful, with a peaceful, cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The room was exactly as shown in the photos, and the host was very kind, polite and welcoming.
The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety. Everything was perfect and truly deserves 5 stars! ⭐️
We will definitely be back! ❤️
The only thing to be aware of is that the pool water contains a lot of chlorine, which unfortunately stained some of our clothes. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Most probably I haven't seen the worst in the medina, so I can't really compare, but for me, a person who values the quality, it was just okay. I really enjoyed the friendliness and how welcome the staff of the hotel was. Adil was extremely polite and friendly and was managing everything with the high level of professionalism! If we had any problems, he would happily help us to fix it.
For example, there was no rug in the bathroom, and the floor was a bit cold to stay on, but Adil helped us with some towels. Also, I got a little bit sick during the stay. The host helped me to prepare some homemade electrolyte drink with sugar, salt, and lemon water. He provided us with additional water and several teas, and it was not charged, so it was very nice to have it. If you are not that picky and something happens to you, be sure that they would try their best to fix it.
I'm not a fan of Moroccan breakfast, as there is too much sweets, but I think it is the same in all riads. Here what I've noticed is just that sometimes the pancakes are different from the person who they cook, so I preferred a real Moroccan pancake rather than just crepes .
The first day there was no hot water when we arrived for the whole day, but the host explained to us that it wasn't their fault, and for the next day they fixed it. The area is a little bit too far from the center and from the place where you could take a taxi. Also, the space of the room is very tiny, but I guess it is the same for many riads in that area.
