Location for work excellent.
Very comfortable bed and pillows.
The back yard could've been tidier.
Floorboards in the bathroom make a terrible noise.

The bedrooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Also, the property is located near local stores, supermarkets, and petrol stations.
Unfortunately, this property was let down by a number of things relating to cleanliness.
Firstly, the bins had not been collected from the front of the property, and there were a large number of black rubbish bags outside at the top of the driveway and the sight and smell didnt make a good first impression as we pulled in.
The kitchen and bathroom areas really need a good deep clean and maybe a few coats of paint. Additionally, the back garden had empty beer bottles and cigarette butts near the outhouse and on the patio area and should be cleaned up.
In a highly competitive market with many similarly priced, well equipped properties in and around the area, these small, relatively inexpensive changes make a huge impact on repeat custom.
