Terrible, Disgusting, Dirty, Old and Dodgy

Nothing it was so disgusting I left immediately and booked in at Best Western Pontypool.

Dirty, old, things didn’t work, used crusty bath mat, toilet wasn’t clean, carpet filthy, cupboards were chaotic and service was terrible! Booking.com forced me to put my passport details and my card details into the property owner’s random third-party website, and said if I don’t do it they’ll consider it a no show and I’ll lose my money. Booking.com tried to initiate a complaint but the owner just ignored them and then they tell me to contact the owner? Worst experience ever! Down $1000, had to book elsewhere. Daylight robbery.

V kuchyni nebyla pánev. Na nás bylo v ubytování chladno, ale s tím jsme v UK počítali. Doporučujeme věnovat větší péči úklidu - včetně závěsů, přehozů a ozdobných předmětů.
