Great location for everything we wanted to do. Beds were very comfortable, the view was really nice at sunset and sunrise.
Communication with staff before trip was really hard to get a timely response. The staff member who let us in was very friendly and did great. However there was a female staff member showing guests around and we were coming back and crossing by the pool and she looked at me and then proceeded to not hold the door to the courtyard and it shut right in our face. Then stood in the doorway showing the gym and we had to say excuse me just to get by with no response or smile or any communication from the rude female staff member. I know it’s the location but the Crocodile being right there the nightlife sounds like it’s in your bedroom.

Location was good with plenty of options for eating. having two comfortable beds was great. It was nice having coffee for the morning. The view was great.
The downstairs shower needs repair and the towel rack was falling off. The upstairs air conditioner was not cooling sufficiently.

Nice view of the sound from the deck, 2 story windows in the living area, quiet flush toilets, very secure building with parking for a full size SUV.
Second story Bedroom mattress could use an upgrade, carpet is close to end of life.

Host met us outside and guided us to everything we needed and set clear expectations of what was needed from us. She was very pleasant. Leanne was the person we corresponded with by text and she was very responsive. Location is incredibly convenient and layout of suite was really cool.
Downstairs shower don’t work at all. Pool and hot tub were murky and concierge advised us not to swim in it. Two big reasons we chose this place. Kids were disappointed about the pool and we were disappointed about the hot tub. The process of filling out forms and contracts was really confusing and frustrating.
