Difficilissimo è accedere alla struttura e alla camera senza il cellulare, in quanto non vengono consegnate le chiavi e tutto è comandato dal telefono. Questa pratica può dare difficoltà a chi non ha cellulare, non è pratico nel suo utilizzo ( soprattutto i meno giovani), ha terminato la carica o non ha connessione ad internet. Un volta entrati nel palazzo trovare l'appartamento è una vera impresa, altro che labirinto di Minosse! Era indicata la presenza dell'aria condizionata, in realtà si tratta di un macchinario portatile con il tubo da far uscire dalla finestra che non è sufficiente per coprire tutto l'appartamento ( e questo visto il caldo torrido ha indotto un sonno difficile). Nell'appartamento sono presenti parecchi dislivelli (gradini anche molto importanti), questo aspetto è molto rilevante per persone con ridotta o scarsa mobilità, mentre diventa pericoloso se avete bambini piccoli. La caratteristica saliente dei genovesi si vede nella totale mancanza di dotazioni (neanche una bottiglietta di acqua in frigorifero nonostante il caldo torrido).
