This was a great property to rent. It was super clean, easy access, great communication with the host. I loved the added touches of snacks, fruit, and juice provided. I will definitely book this again if available when I visit NWA again.

This was the perfect space for me and my partner! We slept on the queen bed and there would have been room more guests on the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. The open concept of the cottage was great for relaxing after fun days spent exploring downtown Bentonville (only 10 minutes away!). The bathroom and kitchen were stocked well and appreciated that laundry detergent was provided too! The hostess, Cynthia, was a very attentive host and provided clear information regarding our stay. She even provided us with an indoor bike rack which was super helpful. I highly recommend this VRBO!

A short but wonderful stay. Owner has everything you need and more. Most accommodating place I’ve ever stayed. We will be back and absolutely recommend staying here!!
