地點距離弘大站很近，步行很快就能到弘大逛街的區域，設備很新很棒，附有製冰功能的飲水機，很適合家庭或是一群朋友一起出遊，雖然往民宿的路上有一小段上坡，但真的就是一小段而已，瑕不掩瑜，結論就是真的很棒。

所有的設備都很好，吹風機很好用、冰箱、洗烘衣機、超大電視、有一間房間還有投影設備，最愛那個可以出冰塊的飲水機，然後也有附電源轉接頭、一應俱全的民宿，離熱鬧的市區很近，附近便利商店餐廳都有
要走上一小小段斜坡，但一下下而已
