Uma acomodação simples porém não atende ser fizer muito frio e nem se fizer muito calor.

Da praticidade do acesso ao apartamento.

Não tem ar condicionado. Muito barulho da rua. Chão não estava limpo. Edredon muito fininho, não aqueceu.

Sujo demais, vaso sanitário despregado do chão, alguns eletrodomésticos não funcionam, lâmpadas queimadas, dificílimo falar com a Booking e zero resposta do Maicotel pelo site da booking. Tive que ficar e pagar 3 dias até conseguir contato com a Booking e Maicotel. Não tive reembolso correto, ao final custou muito caro ficar nesse lugar. Cilada.

pedi pra entrar pela manha pois chegaria mais cedo, passei a madrugada vijando e tinhas um cmpromisso as 10 hras, precisava deixar as malas e descansar um pouco antes porem cheguei as 7 e meia da manha e fiquei ate as 9 meia tentado cntato com anfitriao sem sucesso, ngm repondia , nem atendia ligacoes, tive q arruamr outro local pra ir e acabei nem voltando mais. mas tarde fui ver so o quarto e achei a estrutura pessima, chao de cimento , cheiro de mofo, iluminacao ruim, moveis improvisados... ja fiquei em locais muit melhores pelo mesmo valor.

Eu gostei da prestatividade dos anfitrioes, que atenderam meus pedidos sobre modem e sobre a cafeteira bem rápido. Foram atenciosos tb. O cama de casal é confortável, tem um sofá cama e tem o básico de eletromésticos. Vc tb pode encontrar muitas facilidades ao redor.

Eu nao gostei de haver uns pequenos defeitos em alguns ítens (que foram resolvidos rápido) e do ambiente ao redor, que, embora tenha muitas facilidades, é meio feio, com muitos prédios pichados (entretanto, o prédio do flat é realmente muito bom e é bonito). Nao tem microondas; seria bom se tivesse.

Eu gostei da prestatividade dos anfitrioes, que atenderam meus pedidos sobre modem e sobre a cafeteira bem rápido. Foram atenciosos tb. O cama de casal é confortável, tem um sofá cama e tem o básico de eletromésticos. Vc tb pode encontrar muitas facilidades ao redor.
