Voor het uitzicht vanaf de 42ste verdieping alleen al een dikke 10.
Wat is dit prachtig zeg, zo over de Dubai Marina.
Vooral 's avonds erg mooi om al de bootjes voorbij te zien varen.
Het appartement was al wat ouder , maar erg schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.
En ook zeer groot.
En je mag gebruik maken van alle zwembaden in de verschillende Bahar torens in de buurt.
Dus je kunt altijd wel ergens in de zon liggen aangezien er door de wolkenkrabbers best wat schaduw is op de zwembaden.

Location and the property are INCREDIBLE NICE ! Very close to THE BEACH and 5 min.walking to Marina Mall.
In the master bedroom, there is a lot of noise from the traffic — it’s extremely loud. I had to sleep with earplugs. It’s a shame for the property, as its rating will go down if nothing is done about the soundproofing.
