Il titolo dice tutto: comodo e centrale.
Fabio e Natalia sono due padroni di casa eccezionali. È stato un piacere essere loro ospiti.
La casa è dotata di ogni comfort e non potevamo chiedere di meglio. E poi la posizione: ristoranti sotto casa, a due passi dalla piazza, panificio buonissimo sulla via, enoteca.... E molto altro.
10 minuti dal mare a piedi.
Vacanza meravigliosa anche grazie a questo appartamento.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Die Wohnung liegt perfekt im Zentrum von Lavagna – einziehen und sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlen.
Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, die Betten sind sehr bequem und sowohl Badutensilien als auch Strandzubehör und Sonnenschirme stehen zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet und sogar eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln ist vorhanden.
Die Lage ist ideal: Der Strand ist in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, der Bahnhof liegt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und der zentrale Platz mit dem beliebten Donnerstagsmarkt befindet sich praktisch um die Ecke.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Gastgeber – ein herzliches und liebenswertes Paar, das jederzeit erreichbar ist. Natalia ist unglaublich fürsorglich, gibt tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants und hilft sogar bei der Suche nach einer Maniküre. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen!

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. It was very clean and the airco was working very well. The kitchen is very well equipped. The location is superbe, in the city center with restaurants around the corner and 5 min walk from the beach. The host was super helpful, giving suggestions for restaurants and free parking (10 min walk).
I would be very happy to stay here again.
