There was excellent communication between Joy and April and Tobias (the owner). April met us at the property and showed us around. Our daughter slept on the sofa bed which was comfortable. The apartment has 2 small balconies but be aware that it is situated on the 42nd floor - if you have an issue with heights. The most outstanding feature is the stunning view of the Burj Khalifa from the balcony of the main bedroom. We were able to watch the light show on it from there. It is very conveniently located across the road from 24/7 supermarket Spinneys. It is also very close to Wings of Mexico and walking distance to Dubai Mall and the Fountain. It was wonderful for a 3 day stopover.
The air conditioning seemed to be colder in the lounge room than in the bedroom.

The host was amazing, check-in was effortless and it came with a quick tour with instructions.
Also, the owner went out his way to present my wife & I with a beautiful honeymoon welcoming gift!
The home is flawless, peaceful, extremely spacious and most importantly clean/spotless.
Thanks again for a wonderful stay and I'd recommend this accomodations 1000% !
