Amazing location, cosy cottage with everything you could possibly need.
Towels… one had bleach marks on & they were all really bitty & worn

Very good shower but could only fill an eighth of the bath with hot water. We were soaked through due to rain but couldn't get thing to work to help warm up and dry out, eg heaters and underfloor heating

The Cottage had a superb location in the village. For such a small cottage it was superbly appointed and the owners had thought of absolutely everything. You always forget something small eg. Washing liquid. Not here🙂 Lounge was very comfortable, as too was the kitchen to work in. Every effort has been made to make full use of the space. Bedroom was plenty big enough, and plenty of storage too. Bathroom was very nice with nice fittings throughout. Overall the best place we have rented via Booking.com
For guests with a Dog, the Riverside park nearby is a great place to take the Dog, and access to the river is also nearby.The locals are friendly and very helpful, when ut comes to advice or places to visit etc.Its plain as day that the people of Ingleton are proud of their village and long may it continue🙂
Not a minus in any way, but parking sometimes can be an issue. Free parking is possible directly outside Bear Cottage, or to the side, and in a 4 night stay only 1 night did I park our Car on the Street, and that was less than 10 metres away

It was well equipped and had everything for our stay.
Only downfalls bed needs new mattress and towels where very rough
Stairs are bit steep so with me having sore knees was difficult to climb them
