Don’t recommend. Old building with poor service and outdated renovations.

Great location and convenient commute

There was no hot water. I tried reaching out to management for a solution, but was ignored. I had to move out after less than 2 hours’ wait for a response. I paid 37,000 tenge (including a 10,000 deposit) and got refunded 20,000. So the property took 17,000 for NO SERVICE provided. If the management has anything to say, I’ve got screenshots. They asked me to request cancellation with a refund via booking. After I questioned this suggestion (they had already taken 17,000 from me), the representative deleted her message. Additionally, I requested an invoice, but the representative advised me to have asked for it before checking in. I believed that billing documents should be processed for tax purposes regardless of the guest’s invoice request. I am still waiting for my 17,000 tenge for no service. The apartment itself is decent, but the power outlets and water cranes are loose, and it needs some renovations and polishing. For 27,000 thousand, you can find much better options in the same area.
