The owner is very welcoming) Very clean house and all small things were well thought out (even warm house slippers near the room). Location is great, especially if you travel by bus - 3 min from bus station. The guest house has everything for very comfortable stay.

Sanja was truly the perfect host, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend my four weeks in Žabljak.
From the very beginning, she was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive without ever being intrusive. Every few days she would ask whether I wanted the sheets changed, and several times a week she would clean the room. She repeatedly offered me coffee in the morning and always asked, with a genuine smile, whether there was anything else she could do or how everything was going.
The apartment itself is immaculate. Sanja keeps everything neat as a pin and sparkling clean. The kitchen counters and fixtures gleam, and the bathrooms and bedrooms are all exceptionally well maintained. Everything is clearly cared for with great pride and attention to detail.
Her partner also deserves mention. Whenever I ran into him, he was unfailingly friendly and kind, and it was clear that he takes great pride in maintaining the property as well. Together, they have created a place that is exceptionally well cared for.
But what makes this place special is Sanja herself. After four weeks here, I can honestly say that I felt not simply like a guest, but genuinely welcomed and looked after. Her kindness, generosity, and thoughtfulness made my stay in Žabljak especially memorable.
I would recommend staying with Sanja without hesitation. She is a wonderful host, and this is a beautiful, exceptionally well-kept place to stay.
