Check-in was scheduled for 6 pm but the owner made it possible for me to get in before 3 pm.Unfortunately i didn't see his message on time and i got to the apartment after 3 pm, and i couldn't get the key from the pizzeria across the street cos they had closed by that time, so I had to wait until it reopened at 6 pm to finally get the key.
Secondly, the apartment was cold at night, because the collective heating system of the building, managed by a syndic (estate committee) had not yet been turned on (it's regulated by the law with official dates).
