Clean room. Polite staff. Comfortable bed. Comfortable couch. Clean towels and beddings. Laundry basket was a great bonus. Plenty of storage space for clothes and other items.
A variety of snacks were offered for purchase at front desk store. Housekeeping very accommodating- brought them dirty towels and was immediately given a fresh set. Extra trash bags in the room cans were also great to have.
Extra blanket option. A better pillow selection. 2 firm/ 2 soft as a suggestion. 4 - lightly filled pillows were not enough comfort for two adults. Better quality pots/pans.
And offer at least two different sized pots and frying pans. Needed kitchen dish washing soap and cloth/scrubber. Elevator walls and floor were dirty (hand prints smeared down the wall, that remained 3 consecutive days) All carpets outside room filthy and stained-every floor. Stair way areas were dirty with mud/trash.
Outdoor patio tables were broken and wobbly. Very little seating (4 chairs). No benches.
No ice cream at front desk store.

The location. Room was clean.
No coffee in lobby due to machine being broke. According to staff it had been broke for awhile.

The bed was very comfortable. I bought the better Internet service and was going to stream my Netflix and YouTube like I've done many times but the wouldn't do it I was on the same Internet and it was like regular tv was on a loop. called the desk they said it should work. I stayed 4 or 5 days never did work so I was at the mercy of cable or whatever that was. Someones name was at the top couldn't get it off. All they had was decaf coffee the whole time no one went and got any. I can't remember what else but there was 4 things. I don't do reviews but I had to this time. Might come back when the new wears off but I doubt it, not worth the money.
