Modern, clean apartment, great location, right in the city centre. Very easy to get into the apartment. Asked for late check out and they were very accommodating. I'll stay here again
Being in town centre, it is a little noisy in the morning, but that's very minor compared to all the positives.

Monolocale grande, accogliente e pulito in centro città. È dotato di bollitore e macchina caffè con bustine di tè, capsule caffè e zucchero.
Tutto bene, un piccolo suggerimento per migliorare ulteriormente: sarebbe utile mettere qualche bustina in più di bagnoschiuma e shampoo nel set di cortesia.

Skvělá dostupnost, ubytování je v centru. Pohodlné odemykání, vstup do domu i do pokoje je na kód. Velká prostorná místnost, v kuchyňce kávovar na kapsle, čaje i konvice. Větrák pro případ, že je moc horko. Velmi čisté prostředí. Prima snídaně.
Při vstupu do domu je na zdi vyznačena recepce a jídelna - ani jedno nenajdete, protože to není označené dále v budově a ani komunikační apka (Alfred) vám to neoznámí! Snídani jsem našla náhodně podle cinkání příborů (je úplně nahoře v budově), opět neoznačená místnost.
Komunikace s hostem přes Booking je prakticky nulová, lepš je zavolat na mobil. Ubytovaná jsem byla ve Františkánské, ze strany, kam pere sluníčko. I přesto, že venku nebyly 30oC, pokoj byl hodně vyhřátý. Lednička v pokoji je sice veliká, ale dělá takový hluk, že se u toho nedá spát.
Tyto nedostatky se dají lehce odstranit, tudíž ponechávám vysoké hodnocení, protože jinak by to bylo na plný počet hvězdiček :)

I'm Prinzip alles, modern eingerichtet, schön, sauber.
Kleine Packs für die Dusche. Ein Duschgel wäre praktischer, eventuell auch ein zweites Geschirrtuch und eine Schere.
