Location: very central, just a little outside the Stare Miasto.
Close to: supermarket, cafes, sights, tram, bus.
Bed: very comfy
Cleanliness: spotlessly clean
Space in flat: plenty with loads of very high cupboard space that you cannot access but could store masses of stuff in should you be able to reach it
Sockets: plenty and in good positions
Light switches: really easy to operate from around the apartment
Staff help: we managed to lock a window and someone came up within about 90 seconds when we messaged to ask for a key.
Overall: utterly functional and a very good base for a short city trip
Towels: one modest bath towel and a flannel each. Not enough for a place that makes it look in the photos, like a rather stylish establishment (with the same vase of flowers in every picture) - zero slack if you spilled a drink and needed to mop something up.
Kitchenette: basic with enough to survive on but equipped with minimum cost and thought. No coffee maker or jug to make your own which is a real shame as I think most people would see this as a basic for any kitchen(ette).
Noise: a VERY noisy road throughout the night - with so many apartments on their books, they really ought to tell you beforehand where your room is as there was no fan and no air-conditioning in our 'Superior Apartment' so you really needed the windows open at night.
View: the apartment we stayed in was called City View (photo attached) which is a little wishful when you can see the buildings opposite and some aerials and have just viewed the city from the Witches' Bridge!
