Location was great .
There were mosquitoes .. And the way to the door entrance smells not good!

The location
The second room was in another building. And the stairs was high for older people . I hooe that you put that stairs to 4th floir would be hard for older people so we know .

It was in a quiet little area of the bay. The staff were nice and responded quickly when I had a issue with the hot water. Bathroom was nice.
The bed was hard which is typical in the Philippines. The windows had a single blind which was opaque and transparent stripes mean people could see through them. I later found the same blinds in another place I stayed and it is supposed to have another blind that lines up to make it fully opaque. My window overlooked a messy construction site which was a concern with the blind because the windows was at ground level because it was on a hell.
