Our stay at Murad Haveli was wonderful from beginning to end. The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated in traditional Rajasthani style. The rooftop view of the Golden Fort is absolutely stunning.
The owner, Hasim, is a truly wonderful and caring person. He helped us with everything, including booking our bus tickets and arranging our drop-off. When I caught a cold, he prepared a special herbal tea using a traditional home remedy from his village. It was delicious and really helped me feel better.
We have traveled extensively throughout India, but we have never experienced this level of genuine hospitality anywhere else. Hasim recommended some of the best places to visit in Jaisalmer, and he also arranged an amazing desert safari for us. It was beautiful, peaceful, and one of the highlights of our trip.
Hasim went far beyond what we expected and always made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. His staff was also very kind, helpful, and welcoming.
Thank you so much, Hasim, for your incredible hospitality and kindness. You are truly a wonderful person. If we get the chance, we will definitely return to Jaisalmer and Murad Haveli again. Highly recommended!

An exceptional experience from start to finish! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with attentive and helpful staff. Yacub was incredibly thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed.
The desert experience was absolutely top-notch. Far from the hustle and bustle, it was peaceful, authentic, and unforgettable. Kabir and Ganesh took great care of us throughout this wonderful experience.
Murad Haveli is highly recommended! We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back. Dhanyavad! 🙏🙏🙏

My room was very clean, tidy and comfortable, and the rooftop provided an excellent view towards Jaisalmer Fort. The manager and staff were friendly, accommodating and always willing to help despite the occasional language barrier. I also appreciated the generous masala chai, pleasant vegetable biryani, fresh bed linen and assistance with my washing.
The property is still undergoing renovation, so some facilities and finishing touches remain incomplete. Breakfast was rather basic, communication was occasionally unclear, and greater consistency in service, power backup and internet reliability would improve longer stays.
