Sweet and cosy, lovely location!

Small but lovely modern, cosy apartment. Fitted 3 of us comfortably with a cute little balcony. Very warm, comfy beds and very close to the Belle Plagne gondola, lovely restaurants and spa! Very responsive owner, any issues were dealt with immediately.

Could have done with some instructions for the microwave - we weren’t too sure which button was which :)

Very well appointed apartment, with lovely shower and well fitted kitchen. Very nice responsive host.

Host unreachable and unresponsive

Terrible experience. The host was completely unreachable and left me without access to the apartment. I messaged several times before leaving for advice on how to access the apartment. No response. I hoped the building reception would have the information when I arrived. They tried to help including calling the host several times (no response just a recording), and I messaged many times over two hours. Finally, I had to find another place to sleep at a high cost. I only received the room number and key code the NEXT DAY, and someone called to say 'sorry'. I asked for a reimbursement - but again - NO RESPONSE.
