We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar. De kamer was erg schoon. Bed van goede kwaliteit. Goede douche. Ontbijtruimte mooi verzorgd met basisbehoeften.
Ook toen we weggingen, was de eigenaar aanwezig en vroeg ons hoe ons verblijf hier bevallen was.
Ik kan het zeker aanraden.
Het is niet lux, maar alles ziet er keurig verzorgd uit
Als Nederlanders zijn we gewend aan bredere beneden. Ons bed was 135cm breed. Standaardmaat in Spanje, dus viel niet echt tegen, maar breder was fijner geweest

The room was quite nice
It has a big bathroom and all the facilities in the room are nice and clean. There are free parking places close to the building where you can leave your car. There is a shared kitchen that has all the necessary utensils and cookware to cook basically anything, and the included breakfast was nice, mosly sweet breakfast but nice.
The metro station is very very close
On the bed for two we were met with 3 cushions. 2 smaller ones and mone huge long one. The two smaller ones didnt have pillow cases so we didn't want to sleep on them snd the big long pillow had pillowcase but it was very unusual for two people to sleep on the same pillow. I have never seen that before and i didn't really like it. It is probably not a bug deal for a lot of people but i put it here because thats the only downside that i can think of.

Location close to Metro and Caja Magice
IMO properties where the manager is absent do not feel very welcoming. The property boasts breakfast but the option other than cereal is very poor- the kitchen area in the basement is well equipped so you can buy in. You are expected to wash up.
The property uses stud walls to divide a space into rooms with just enough space for a bed and very limited natural light. The rooms are noisy from the street and other occupants ( ear plugs provided by the host- which tells that this is an issue).
