Staff were great.
My bedroom flooded everytime I used the shower. Weird design-3 days/3 days of soaked carpets. Lucky it dried during the day & no smell. Bedroom & shower was comfortable otherwise. The walk from the train station even though close by was cobbled stone & uphill. Better take taxi.

Overall, we had a very good stay and the hotel itself was great. The room was comfortable, everything was clean, and we had no complaints about the accommodation or the service.
The only downside was the surrounding area. Unfortunately, the neighbourhood felt unsafe, especially when arriving through Brussels-North Station. We were uncomfortable walking around the area. It’s a real shame to see Brussels developing a reputation for feeling less safe in certain areas.
That said, this is not a reflection of the hotel itself, which was very good. I would definitely recommend staying here if you plan to arrive and leave by taxi and use taxis to get around. However, if you are planning to walk around the neighbourhood or rely on public transport, I would recommend considering the location carefully.

It was quiet, rooms were functional and tastefully decorated. Nice roof top bar but expensive.
Glass door to the toilet and shower with an opaque screen mid way so you could see the person sitting on the toilet. Really odd design. Fine if you’re a couple but not if you’re sharing with a friend.
Breakfast and drinks at the roof top bar were expensive
