La cortesia della proprietaria, la pulizia, la possibilità di parcheggiare in struttura e la vicinanza con l’aeroporto di Malpensa.

Ottima struttura per chi deve deve volare da Malpensa ad orari "particolari". L'accoglienza è stata super piacevole. Stanza decisamente grande per il prezzo richiesto. Pulizia impeccabile. Acqua, snack e caffè di benvenuto. C'è la possibilità di richiedere la navetta per l'aeroporto a qualsiasi ora. Io son dovuto partire dalla struttura alle 3:30 per essere a Malpensa alle 3:45. Consiglio!
Forse il costo della navetta è un po' alto, però è più un problema di mancanza di servizi pubblici per raggiungere l'aeroporto (sono limiti solo in certe fasce orarie).

Longer story:
Unfortunately, I was left with a negative impression of my stay at this property.
Everything started upon my arrival. I never stated anywhere that I would be arriving at Malpensa Airport. On the day of my arrival, several unexpected things happened, which caused me to arrive later than planned. When the host called and asked what time I would arrive, I honestly explained that I was still on my way, walking through a forest, and that I couldn’t give an exact arrival time.
Instead of understanding, I was questioned about why I was walking through the forest, why my route was different from what they expected, and so on. Misunderstandings happen when traveling, but having to explain in detail how I was getting there and why felt like excessive control. I completely understand that the hosts needed to hand me the keys, so a simple message like “Please let us know 30 minutes before your arrival” would have been more than enough. 👍
The second unpleasant situation involved the washing machine. Before using it, I carefully checked the Booking description several times and found no information stating that guests were not allowed to use the washing machine. There were also no notices or signs about this inside the property. After a long walk, my clothes were very dusty, so I ran a short washing cycle.
When the wash had already finished and I was sitting on the toilet, the host started knocking on the bathroom door. I replied that I was occupied and asked her to wait. However, she continued knocking, and I had to open the door before I had finished. She then reprimanded me for using the washing machine.
I immediately explained that the washing cycle had already finished, apologized, and offered to pay for using the machine. Instead of answering whether I should pay, I was repeatedly told that guests were not allowed to use it.
