Le manque de petit déjeuner (ou d’une restauration minimale autre que boissons), certains détails comme la douche qui déborde ou le fer à repasser qui ne marchait pas mais rien de grave

It was just a top stay! The hotel is as good as you see it on photos: new, clean, fully equpped. We stayed in From Rimini to Havana room where the design was fabulous and suited well our resort holidays feeling.
There are indeed only 5 minutes to the sea shore and the neighbourhood is quiet and has many restaurants and cafes. We really liked the staff! Especially Mila who was always attentive, quick and overall a great problem solver and Piero who promptly responded and helped us with all our requests.
In addition, during our stay the amenities kept improving even further as new types of drinks and snacks were appearing in the common area almost every day.
Overall, the hotel is awesome and we would like to come back again to try out other rooms!
The only thing we encountered: when we checked in the room seemed a bit dusty. But with daily attentive cleaning this issue was resolved perfectly.

Camera pulita e molto confortevole trovate tutto il massimo confort.
Fornelli degli appartamenti un po’ riduttivi e utensili non proprio il massimo.
