We had booked 2 nights but left after one. The windows of the apartment cannot be opened and the apartment was very hot and stuffy (I guess 26 C) and completely lacking fresh air. It may not be a problem in winter but in the summer it is a real problem. Although the host provided a lot of equipment to move the air around and cool it, this did not help much. Instead of recovering from 2 nights on the bus and train we spent as little time in the apartment as possible because it was like a sauna!! We slept being soaked in sweat. Although the apartment is cosy, this was very unpleasant experience and we actually asked for a refund of the second night but have neither heard of the owner again nor from Booking. I think it is really a problem that you have nobody to turn to when such a problem arises and one cannot return a "faulty product" as one would in a supermarket.
