Perfect location. Quiet area and close to great coffee and restaurants. Liked the coded entrances, the underground parking and the beautiful spacious condo inside.

Your kitchen is extremely well equipped.
There were very few things, however both my daughter and myself were very hot despite the temp being set at 18. So because the temperature was actually fairly good we suspected that the bedding was more the issue for us.
Garbage is difficult to find. Us as well as a few others had trouble finding it on our way out. I suspect it’s clearly outlined somewhere in the information.
I did not like all the additional fees that are added on top of the cost, however it is good to see them clearly labeled and helps to understand the overall price. I did feel it was good value for what we got and especially when you compare to the other options.

The quality of the furnishing, the comfort of the beds, the spaciousness, the kitchen that had all the equipment I needed to cook, the nice bathrooms and the layout. It is also well situated, close to the brook and a nice walk to downtown. Appreciated the parking space in the garage and the possibility to park outside since we had two cars.
It was initially a bit difficult to get in as I did not receive the code to enter the appartement. It was quickly solved. There was also a machine that made a lot of noise, intermittently, in the laundry room, it would have been nice to know its function, we had to turn it off occasionally for that reason.
