The rental was clean, quiet, a decent price, had good rapport with both agent and the owner.
The king-sized bed was so soft my Dad could not sleep in it! He ended up in a room with a twin mattress without Mom. They were afraid to use the bathtub since there was no grab bar. We were there for a wedding and there was no iron. The upstairs bedrooms need fans for summer months.

The AC works well. The upper floor was hot when we got there but cooled down after the AC was on for an hour or so.
The pictures make it look brighter and nicer than it is. In reality a lot of the walls and ceilings have visible cheap patches where they didn't even bother to do a coat of paint on the full wall/ceiling after. Lots of mosquitoes around making the firepit hard to enjoy.
The couches are very uncomfortable, you can't lean back because the backs are so low. For reference my wife and I are mid 30s and adapt to being uncomfortable.
I reached out a day before requesting early check in and never got a response. You pay a cleaning fee when booking but they have a list of things to clean when you get there and requested a pet fee. I found a Hamilton musical ticket from 2023...
