المفتاح لا بد من توفر كذا واحد خاصة اننا كنا اكثر من واحد وكبار وكذلك موعد المغادره الساعه 10 وكان صعب علينا المفروض يكون الساعه 12 وعدم وجود حامل للشنط كان ارهاق علينا

Het was een schone mooie plek in hartje grindelwald. Heel fijn van 2 badkamers. Kussens zijn wel minder helaas. Je hebt je eigen parkeerplek en de supermarkt is om de hoek.

Slaapbank was niet goed schoon gemaakt.

We found the apartment to be clean, high-quality and well-appointed with new beds, new appliances and other nice amenities upon our arrival. It is in a great location in Grindelwald and provides one free parking spot on-site. The grocery store is just a few steps away. The fact that it is a walk-up apartment (on the third floor) didn’t bother us.The neighborhood is quiet yet close to the train and bus stations. The balcony provides a lovely view of the valley. We stayed there in early September so the fact that there is no air conditioning wasn’t a problem as we were outside doing activities every day.

One of the bathroom sinks emitted a “sewage smell” the first time it was used. The odor burned my throat. We stopped using that sink immediately and reported it to management, who sent a repair person who came the next night. The apartment provides a large floor fan that we used to help the odor dissipate plus we opened the windows. The repair helped the problem only somewhat as the sink continued to emit an odor but not as powerful as the first time we used it, so we just stopped using it. When the other bathroom was occupied, I had to wash my hands and brush my teeth in the kitchen sink but at least the shower in the bathroom worked. I paid $4,135 in advance for a four-night stay and asked for compensation for the odor and the lack of being able to use one of the bathroom sinks and was offered a 200 credit by management, which I never received on my credit card if the sink in the “single sink” bathroom emits an odor when you turn on the water, I would demand a full refund and asked to be moved elsewhere. There has to be a larger problem with the sink’s drain, which a plunger alone wont fix. It is not worth a $1,000 a night for an apartment that smells like sewage when you use one the sinks.
