The location was OK within the old quarter.
Room wasn't as comfortable as other places.
Had hot water and good water pressure.
Had a lift to the 5th floor which was convenient.

The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. I had no trouble communicating with them in English. The room was very spacious, which was the main reason I chose this property, and it definitely met my expectations.
Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of fruits and white bread. You could also choose between an omelette, fried eggs, or scrambled eggs. The room was cleaned daily, which was greatly appreciated.
The location was very good—slightly outside the main Old Town area but still easily accessible on foot. I would happily recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. The spacious rooms and breakfast were the highlights of my stay.
The main downside was the noise. There are train tracks next to the hotel, and trains pass by between approximately 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. There is also noise from the outdoor air-conditioning units and nearby construction. In general, the area is not very quiet. Since the hotel is close to the Old Town and next to the market, there is also a lot of noise from motorbikes.
However, with earplugs, the noise was manageable, and it should not be a major issue for heavy sleepers. Overall, the positives outweighed the noise, but I wanted to mention it for future guests.
Also, the property was a little difficult to find for the first time, as it is somewhat hidden down a small lane.

Location good, lovely staff very helpful especially the young boy and girl at reception.
Breakfast nice fresh fruits yummy and the meal you choose also good this is not a continental breakfast keep in mind
Rooms are ok beds not to bad for a short stay
