Appartement, quasiment neuf, moderne, propre, bien situé au fond d’une impasse avec un accès immédiat au métro. Des restaurants, et un mini Market aux alentours.
Calme, en dehors, du bruit du métro, perceptible la nuit, mais non gênant.
Excellente literie .
Équipement de l’espace cuisine, minimaliste, suffisant pour le petit déjeuner.
Chauffage par climatisation réversible avec deux commandes sur trois non fonctionnelles(mais nous n’avons pas eu froid durant un séjour fin octobre).
Wi-fi par Air box uniquement avec trois télévisions de grande taille non fonctionnelles en l’absence de box.(mais on ne va pas à Paris, a priori pour regarder la télévision).
Appartement situé au rez-de-chaussée avec accès par une cour d’immeuble, manquant, un peu d’intimité et nécessitant de garder les rideaux fermés.
Impostes sans possibilité d’ouverture dans des deux chambres.
30 euro supplémentaires pour l’accueil sur place après 19 heures….

The property is large, 2 bedrooms+living room +kitchenette. 3 shower and 2 toilet. Very good facilities, from kitchen appliance to fan and washing machine with a dryer. Everything on the high level.
We had some trouble to check in, they said that the check in until 7pm… we had a delay and got there at 7:40pm. And sent a massage to notice that. But when we have got there was nobody to welcome us and didn’t answer the phone. We were with the kids and it was really not pleasant experience.
One more thing, it is ground floor with glass walls in the living room. So it might feel some not secure. And it located above metro station, the sound not too noisy but for delicate sleepers need to take some headphones or something.

Location
Rooms are small, not comfortable to move, all is too tight wardrobe, and entrance to the room. Bathroom are good but toilet only one for the apartment for 4 persons. Internet not working properly
