Set within a beautiful, enchanted garden, Villa Fotini enjoys a perfect location between the town of Lefkas and the pristine beach of Agios Ioannis, both a leisurely 15 minutes stroll away. Modern, comfortable, air-conditioned, spacious, finished to the highest standard, this villa with private pool offers its guest the chance to enjoy the finest Greek hospitality together with privacy and the most contemporary comforts for a truly superior holiday experience. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and extensive private outdoor areas, Villa Fotini can accommodate up to 4 + 1 guests. A villa definitely not to be missed!
Inside, Villa Fotini is set over 2 floors and is fully air-conditioned, both in the bedrooms and lounge. All the details have been carefully designed to mix style and functionality for a perfect holiday under the shining Greek sun. On the ground floor there is a large open plan lounge (sofa bed to accommodate 5th guest), a well equipped kitchen with dining area, a twin bedroom with direct access to the pool, patio and shower room. Stairs lead up to the upper floor where the master bedroom suite is located. Featuring a romantic beamed ceiling, the master bedroom has its own shower room.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by extensive private manicured gardens with lawn, shrubs, scented flowers and trees providing well deserved shade during the hottest months of the summer. A real oasis just outside the prettiest and most cosmopolitan town of Lefkada! The sparkling private swimming pool, equipped with comfortable sunbeds and parasols, measures 8m x 4m (depth 0.9m - 1.6m) and is beautifully lit at night. For delicious charcoal grilled meals, Villa Fotini is equipped with a brick-built barbecue as well as a poolside shaded dining area. Private parking is available on the premises.
NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the rental price quoted includes air-conditioning in the whole villa, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of linen and hand/bath towels twice a week.

Villa Fotini is a wonderful place to stay. It is totally private so you can spend all day by the pool. There is a beach only 10 minute walk away and the main town is 15minutes walk away. If you rent a car there are some sensational beaches on the west coast of the island. Mrs Simeoni is a wonderful host and extremely helpful.

A beautiful house to stay in! About a 15-20 minute walk to the town, this house is so cute with all amenities you would need. The backyard and pool is wonderful, and you’re visited by many friendly cats. I stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it!

I don’t know where to start. Simeoni and her husband were wonderful hosts. They treated us like family from their hospitality to bringing us food from their garden, wine and other delicious food they made as a welcome gift. They also gave the children gifts as we were departing. They were so happy. This trip will be a lifetime memory for them.
Moreover, the home has all of the amenities you need and it was very clean and neat. This made for a comfortable stay.
Finally, their home is close to beaches and the city center where we went out to eat and shop nightly.
Simeoni, thank you for making our stay a wonderful experience. You and your family went above and beyond!
