About this apartment rental
Our high-quality and lovingly furnished vacation rental is located right on the Malter. From the garden, which overlooks the reservoir, you can walk directly down to the water. The vacation rental has two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two separate beds), both furnished with solid wood furniture and featuring solid wood flooring, as well as a bathroom and a living/dining area with a high-quality kitchenette. If needed, the sofa can be converted into a double bed with a high-quality mattress. The garden, which offers access to the water and a barbecue area, is available for shared use. Haus Seeblick also provides a canoe and a stand-up paddleboard (SUP) for your enjoyment. For those who want to do something good for their bodies, a stylish fitness room is available
The Malter and Weißeritz vacation apartments together form a vacation home with a large living/dining area for up to 9 people.
Our “Seeblick” house is about 100 years old and was built on a side arm of the river immediately after the Malter Dam was constructed. In 2010, we purchased the building at auction—it had stood vacant for several years—and completely renovated it. Today, it serves as a home for our family and for vacation guests. Guests can also use our hall and other spaces for celebrations or educational events. The garden, with its view and access to the water, is a lovely place to relax. For those who want to do something good for their bodies, there is a stylish fitness room in the house. You can also hear the narrow-gauge train from here and see the plumes of smoke in the distance rising above the water. Hiking trails can be explored from the house, including the Rabenauer Grund. An ice cream parlor, an adventure pool, a beach resort, and other restaurants serving excellent cuisine are located in town. Bicycles can be rented at the beach reception desk.
On-site fees: Payment is due on site in cash. A security deposit of 150€ must be paid in cash. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site upon arrival or departure.A visitor’s tax is charged starting at 01.01.2024. Adults 18 and older: €2.00 per person per night; children 0–5 years old: free; 6–13 years old: €1.00 per person per night; ages 14–26 (high school students, college students, apprentices, volunteers): €1.00 per person per night. Pets are not allowed. Bedding, towels, parking, and Wi-Fi are provided free of charge. A garden with access to the water, a bike and ski storage room, and a small sandbox are available. Barbecue facilities, a canoe for 3–4 people, and a stand-up paddleboard can be used free of charge.
