Außenbereich ist groß, sauber und schön zum chillen oder spaß haben. Pool ist echt groß. Haus selbst ist riesig die Zimmer groß und eigentlich schon mehr wie einzelne Appartements. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet es gibt sehr viel Geschirr. Die Lage ist sehr schön vom Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Dafür muss man 15min bis ins Zentrum fahren, aber das ist es wert. Das Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher Riesen Couch und ps4 ist perfekt zum chillen als große Gruppe. Der große Balkon über der Garage ist wunderbar, für eine große Gruppe gibt’s Nix besseres
Das einzige ist die Dartscheibe und die Tischtennis Netz die ein paar harte Winter hinter sich haben

A lot of space, big kitchen, they come to clean the pool, the pool is awsome and there is also a pool table, outside there is a grill, they even have a trampoline, so many bathrooms and bedrooms you almost get lost :), the view of the sunset from the top balcony was amazing every night!

The property is huge and was more than big enough for our two families. The pool was brilliant and the kids had a fantastic time.
The location was great as well, so close to everything we needed.
This is so minor, but could do with some more glasses and plastic glasses so we could enjoy drinks round the pool.

Before we arrived, the host already contacted is for questions. On the day of arrival, he arranged an earlier check in, and friendly welcomed us into the house and showed us around. He even checked in (remotely) with us to see if we needed anything. The house is absolutely HUGE, think big, but bigger. The beds are comfortable, there are plenty of seating options inside and outside. If you want to cook a steak, you can choose about 6 different places to cook it, amazing. The pool is nice and refreshing and there are plenty of beds next to it. And if you really feel like staying indoors there's some form of entertainment in basically every room. There's a small convenience store for all your first needs just a few hundred metres from the house, and a few restaurants along the shoreline. If you want to go to the city of Zadar, the Über takes you there in about 15 minutes at an affordable rate. We had a blast, would highly recommend this place!
