Location & access to garden. Superficially clean i.e. kitchen surfaces and floors. Plenty of china, glassware and saucepans.
Bathroom but let down by dirty door and flow of hot water.
Kitchen; had to call out staff to defrost and clean mould from freezer. Lack of sharp knife, measuring jug, usable baking trays(those present were in very poor condition).Hob lacked markings on controls. Blind near table very dirty. windows were filthy. No recycling bag, staff provided when visiting. Vacuum cleaner needed emptying and broom was dirty.
Sitting room; 2 out of 3 lamps were not working, perhaps only needed a bulb replacing. Seating stained.
Bathroom, hot water from basin tap only ever a trickle.
Main bedroom and twin bedroom :beds uncomfortable, poor pillow and protector dirty. Duvets too thick and too large for. cover.
Generally all paintwork, i e doors and skirting boards needed a good clean as did windows and blinds.
Parking instructions provided were ignored by neighbours.
