Внизу находится сауна, ночью под окнами не давали уснуть какие то неадекваты, явно не в трезвом состоянии. Кондиционер в семейном номере находиться над одной из кроватей - поток холодного воздуха бьет на того кто на этой кровати, а если отключить его в жару, то спать тоже не возможно в жаркую погоду

I liked this hotel. it's affordable, the staff was friendly and communicative (fast responses) and the location was ok. It was a good choice for me.
Be careful with the hot water, it is really hot and the tap in the shower is not that fine grained, so you need to pay attention to not burn yourself (first test the water with a finger after adjusting the temperature, to check if it's not too hot).

Pet-friendly.
Everything else. I am a single person with a small dog. The only room I was allowed to book was the biggest room for a family at that price, plus $12 for my dog for 1 night. This is an overpriced and unfair option. A person can stay for $12 at any hostel in Shymkent, yet my dog alone was charged $12.
And in the $30 room, for 1 person, there was NO TV. There was NO soap in the bathroom, and people and children were making noise at all hours.
The staff was rude. The lady and her children working at the reception refused to put soap in the room, and then they refused to give me a registration. This is the law.
The "kitchen" facilities are only for the family working there. If you need something basic, you need to ask them, but do not step into the kitchen, otherwise you get rudely reprimanded that it is their space.
Not worth my $35.
