對獨旅的人來說房間夠大，可以攤開一個28吋和20吋行李箱，還有額外的空間和小矮桌房內設施齊全且帶有一個小廚房，水壓很強熱水也夠熱，床睡起來非常舒服離博多車站非常近，附近也有24小時藥妝店和便利商店

隔音沒有到很好，會聽到隔壁走路的聲音或是比較大聲的聊天如果有一個全身鏡會更好單人房間可能都設計在二樓，通往房間的樓梯窄，扛行李到二樓的樓梯大約20階，行李箱滿載時要上下樓移動非常累，年紀大或是無法搬重物的人可能不適合

洗濯機がベランダ（洗剤無い）リフォームしてあるが施設自体古い ipadのチェックインが少し面倒 3泊なのにタオルが大小1セットのみ
