Great location, nice room, good value.

The location was fantastic. Very good access to KL attractions via train or Grab. Nice pool and facilities. The windows open so the room could be aired. The bed was comfortable and the room and its facilities were very nice.

When we arrived the room smelled of smoke which was unpleasant. The staff at the front counter are not responsible for helping customers so our one request for toilet paper was not fulfilled which was annoying.

9 / 10

Happy with the master bedroom size, design and view.

Design and the view. Clean

Need provide wine glasses, shower mat, more coffee cups, shampoo etc.

Avoid, if you have the slightest problem they will just ignore you. Better places closer by!

Poor Location, no convenience stores around, horrible staff, late for cleaning, ignored any query.

The communication with the staff was so poor. The listing itself had discrepancies which the staff just ignored. I messaged the property a whole month before arriving to ask about the listing and they completely ignored me. They never responded to messages and it took me going to the building staff who messaged their boss to get a reply. The apartment itself was such poor quality. The pictures they use to advertise the apartment is not representative of what I received at all. When I asked the staff about this they said that they where waiting to hear from booking.com as it was the who did the listing, all the while booking.com has been in contact with me throughout even being so kind to give me money back as I uploaded the pictures of the property to the customer service team. I wish I could upload the pictures and will try to compress the file sizes to do so to show the condition of the property. Just avoid using them and go to better properties in the area.
