Good value for money

The apartment was clean and contained everything necessary for a night’s stay.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable and bedsheets were thin. The pillows were worn out, so we had fo use extra pillows from the sofa. We were also promised a free parking spot and found out in Warsaw!!! that by that they meant public parking in the street, which was completely full by the time of our arrival, so we had to pay extra just to park our car near the apartment.

Think twice and read previous reviews before booking!

-

I would like to point out that this review is based on the actual state of affairs, on a situation in which Booking.com support tried to help me repeatedly and were unable to reach any agreement with the owner. I advise you to carefully read previous reviews of this property regarding the smell inside. Also, be aware that if you expect a refund, the owner feels no responsibility and claims that there is no problem. Unfortunately, I did not check the reviews before booking. I was tempted by the location in the center and decided to book this property for 3 nights. I will ignore the fact that you first have to get to the key box, the owner is good in that he provides instructions, but what I encountered after opening the door was terrible! The stench from the sewer was awful! Of course, I wanted to give the owner a chance, so I decided that it would be enough to air out the room and bathroom. I set up a fan in the bathroom, opened the window wide, and waited an hour, but the stench did not go away! It was unbearable to the point that my head hurt from being inside. The owner said that all I had to do was turn on the water for a moment - not in the case of such a strong stench. Previous reviews of this property clearly show that this has been a serious problem for a long time and I am not the first guest to have this issue. After taking a few steps (after taking off my shoes in the hallway), I felt sand under my feet and bent down to see a lot of dust and sand around the sofa. To top it all off, there was a blanket with a burn hole on the sofa. In the bathroom, the power socket was covered with dust. I wrote to the owner of the property and to Booking.com support that unfortunately I couldn't stand the smell because it was impossible to air it out, and that I wanted to leave the property, leaving the keys where they were. The owner is well aware of how the Booking.

Good but water needs to be fixed

Everything was very cozy and clean. Location was also great

There was no hot water in the bathroom. When we tried to adjust it, the water only changed from very cold to cold. The host also did not respond to our messages

Perfect cozy nights

The house is super clean. I stayed for 2 nights with my friend and it is a perfect place for short visits. The location is perfect. Everything was near; the metro, the market, the center, shopping malls etc. Also the neighborhood is very quiet. It is worth it.

La ubicación, el precio y la accesibilidad

La cama es sofá cama, por lo que no es muy cómodo. También a nivel menaje, creo podría tener más, incluido un saca corchos.
