Location is perfect,with metro and supermarkets right across the street. The two bedrooms flats has good natural light. It is very comfortable to stay here.
The flats was not thoroughly cleaned, a lot of dust on the balcony windows. Thierry were no kitchen towel and paper yet,and laundry detergent also.

Die Lage in dem neuen Viertal ist toll. Die Architektur seh schön. Viele schöne neue Geböude. Die Meteo direkt gegenüber und Einkaifsmöglichkeiten sehr nah. Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

The apartment is well laid out, bright and has a modern, attractive design. It has two bedrooms and a reasonably well-equipped kitchen, although a few additional utensils would be useful. The living area is comfortable for two people, although it may feel a little small for a larger group.
The location is excellent, right in front of a metro station and in a modern, lively neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. Getting around Copenhagen from here is very convenient.
The main issue was definitely the cleanliness. Unfortunately, the apartment did not feel thoroughly cleaned. There was a significant amount of accumulated dust under the beds, along the skirting boards and around the window frames, as well as cobwebs on the ceilings and around some of the lamps. The bottom of the shower curtain was also noticeably brown and in need of a proper clean or replacement.
Overall, the cleaning seemed quite superficial, rather than the thorough cleaning you would expect from accommodation in this price range. The apartment would really benefit from regular deep cleaning.
The bedrooms are rather small and the beds could be more comfortable. The apartment also shows some signs of wear and tear, with details such as loose or poorly maintained light fixtures. This is a shame because the design and layout are very nice, and with better maintenance the apartment could be much more appealing.
Access to reception and guest assistance was also not particularly straightforward, and the QR code provided for additional guest information did not work. This made the experience feel somewhat less supported than expected.
Considering Copenhagen prices, we still felt that the level of cleanliness and maintenance did not match the price paid. With more attention to deep cleaning, maintenance and guest support, these apartments could offer a much better experience.
